Our refund and returns policy lasts for 3 days from the date of purchase. If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for the item.

  • It must be returned within the 3-day window from the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or personalized boxes, as these are made specifically to your specifications.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 3 days after the delivery date.

Proof of Purchase

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Returns must be initiated directly with Buy Product Boxes Canada.

Refund Process
